From April 29 to May 2, Some Assembly Theatre Company presents Webs We Weave at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews).

Mounted in association with the Roundhouse Youth Theatre Action Group Project, the play uses the concept of a girl's 18th birthday to explore the challenges we face along the journey to fulfilling needs for acceptance, belonging, and love.

Webs We Weave is written and performed by Vancouver youth Sophie Elder-Labrie, Emily White, Keir Peach, Lauren Preissl, Brogan Ho, Christopher Rahim, Nicholas Roe, Patrick Seid, Ryan Schmidt, Maria Mendez, and Nathan Maden.

Some Assembly Theatre Company theatre artists Valerie Methot, Ken Lawson, Jeremy Baxter, Chandra Lesmeister, Anna Talbot, and Allen Morrison are also credited.

Although admission to Webs We Weave is free, seating is limited, and reservations can be made by emailing kenlawson@shaw.ca or by calling 604-603-5247.
