Fish 'n' chips lovers have one less option in the West End as C-Lovers has closed on Denman Street.

The local restaurant chain, which boasts "the best fish and chips in town", started in 1984 in Coquitlam. It has since expanded throughout the Lower Mainland and to other locations in B.C., offering a range of seafood, including halibut, salmon, cod, prawns, oysters, and more.

Although the West End location (1061 Denman Street) closed on September 29, the company still has locations in:

      • North Vancouver (1660 Pemberton Avenue)

      • Horsehoe Bay (6640 Royal Avenue)

      • Burquitlam (8–555 Clarke Road)

      • Coquitlam (108–2991 Lougheed Highway)

      • Langley (20251 Fraser Highway)

      • Abbotsford (7-32451 South  Fraserway)

They also have locations in Chilliwack, Kelowna, and Vernon.
