Obama and Trudeau exchange playful jabs about hockey, eh?

Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and American president Barack Obama hung out at the White House for a while today, and made some speeches.

After pointing out that it's been nearly 20 years since a Canadian PM officially visited the White House, Obama joked about which country's better at hockey--"Don't get me started," replied Justin--then sassily wondered where the Stanley Cup was at. (It's in his old stomping ground of Chicago, obs.)

When he had the podium, Trudeau cheerfully shot back about how much the United States appreciates "Canadian exports"--like Winnipeg-born Blackhawks Jonathan Toews, Duncan Keith, and Patrick Sharp.

The final score was Obama 1, Trudeau 1.

No word yet on who got the best jab in during overtime in the Oval Office.
