From palm trees to the Amazon, Snoop Dogg premieres nature series

      Step aside David Attenborough, Snoop Dogg is in the hizzle with the official release of his nature series Planet Snoop. The show premiered last week on his Youtube channel MERRY JANE.

      The first video, “Squirrel vs. Snake”, already has over a million views, revealing how much interest the online community has in this off-the-wall idea.

      Kimmel sarcastically remarked that the initial series was created to “teach kids about wildlife”. But given how popular the first YouTube video is—just trade in Attenborough’s soothing British croon with Snoop Dogg’s off the hizzy witticisms—maybe kids will get more invested in wildlife (as uninformative as it may be).

      “If he can bust a nut, you know he can bust a snake no problem,” Dogg said as he narrates over a battle between a squirrel and a snake. See the video below.
