Popular e-mobility company Bird is launching an exclusive partnership with the City of Surrey this weekend.

This program will see 300 electric bikes available for booking in downtown Surrey, offering a convenient and eco-friendly transportation option for locals.

“We are honoured to have been selected by the City of Surrey,” Stewart Lyons, CEO of Bird Canada, shares in a statement. “Bird Canada is excited to provide a sustainable solution to enhance transportation options and promote environmental stewardship in Surrey.”

It’s all set to launch on April 27 in conjunction with the Party for the Planet at Surrey Civic Plaza, an eco-friendly Earth Day celebration.
