Nordstrom teams with the North Face for exclusive capsule collaboration

Nordstrom has teamed up with the North Face for a capsule collaboration that appears tailor-made for Vancouver’s hiking- and outdoors-obsessed: a collection of the outerwear label’s most beloved silhouettes, each revamped with bright pops of colour, luxe graphics, and a custom North Face logo that boasts a blooming red poppy.

Drawing from traditional South Asian garb and mountain-climbing culture, the line includes the Denali, a recycled-fleece jacket washed in punchy primary hues taken from the flags that are seen on mountainsides, and the Nuptse, a packable down puffer jacket coated in a metallic jacquard fabric. All sizing is in unisex and prices start at $30 for apparel and accessories.

Toques, bags, wallets, and blankets are also available at the pop-up, as well as hair-care products from the Seattle-based Rudy’s Barber Shop; small homewares by Settle Ceramics; and small-batch incense, body scrubs, and oils from Texas’s Moon River Naturals.

The pop-up shop, titled Pop-In @ Nordstrom x The North Face, runs at Nordstrom Pacific Centre (799 Robson Street) until February 11. Check out a few of our top picks from the temporary store below.
