Meet hockey, baseball, and film legends at the Great Canadian Collector Show

      Calling all collectors—on February 9, Harbour Convention Centre (750 Pacific Boulevard) will be filled with sought-after memorabilia and popular celebrities who are keen to autograph your collected items.

      The , presented by Canuck Auctions, will provide attendees with the opportunity to finally snag the collectible items that they have been searching for.

      More than 200 tables will be displaying trading cards, sports memorabilia, vintage toys, comics, Lego, Barbie, GI Joe, and other things that will give you butterflies in your stomach.

      Collectors can also bid on hot ticket items during the live auction hosted by a fast-talking auctioneer.

      Guests who enjoy wacky tobaccy and the Cheech & Chong movies will not be disappointed by the event’s keynote speaker—Tommy Chong.

      Sports fanatics can have trading cards, jerseys, and other collectibles signed by hockey legends Darryl Sittler, Brad Park, Eddie Shack, Gerry Cheevers, and Billy Smith.

      Legends-in-the-making Adam Gaudette and Chris Tanev from the Vancouver Canucks will also be in attendance to chat with hockey fans. This is your chance to give them insightful pre-playoffs pep talks.

      In addition, guests can meet the fictional hockey trio from Slap Shot, the Hanson brothers, sans dirty brawling and shouting. The three of them can possibly be found hovering around the Hot Wheels collectibles.

      For those who like to watch baseball, former Toronto Blue Jays Lloyd Moseby and Jesse Barfield can autograph home run balls, player cards, and mitts for their fans.

      Sci-fi actors Ty Olsson (Supernatural, Slasher) and DJ Qualls (Breaking Bad, Road Trip) will also appear at the event for movie and comic enthusiasts. Qualls is also remembered for his role in the well-known raunchy comedy, Road Trip.

      A comedy show will wind down the event at 7 p.m., which will be the final flourish in a thrilling day for collectors.
