Three male suspects sought after male teen assaulted on Surrey highway

      Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying three male suspects involved in an assault of a male teenager on a highway in Surrey.

      Around 6:30 p.m. on May 2, Surrey RCMP received several calls about a fight in the middle of traffic on Fraser Highway near 176th Street.

      By the time officers arrived at the scene, all involved parties had left the location.

      Based on witness information, investigators were able to locate the 18-year-old victim, who had sustained minor injuries, at a residence.

      One man who was allegedly involved has been arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm.

      Investigators are seeking to identify three other suspects who were allegedly involved in the altercation.

      The first suspect is described as a South Asian male is about 183 centimetres (six-feet) tall with black hair and a full black beard, and was wearing a dark sweater with white stripes on the sleeves.

      The second suspect is described as a South Asian male who is about 178 centimetres (five-feet, 10-inches) tall with facial stubble, who was wearing a black baseball cap and a blue sweatshirt.

      The third suspect is described as a South Asian male who was wearing a dark hoodie.
