The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Penelope

The Cultch and Rumble Theatre present Penelope from September 25 to October 13 at the Cultch’s Historic Theatre (1895 Venables Street).

Penelope is a comedic take on classic Greek myth by Irish playwright Enda Walsh. The place follows four men at the bottom of a drained swimming pool in Greece, who are the final suitors wooing Penelope as she waits for her husband Odysseus to return from the Trojan wars. Penelope stars Sean Devine, Patrick Keating, Kyle Jespersen, and Alex Lazaridis Ferguson.
