It's time...for Caption the Political Photo to turn its attention to city politics.

Green councillor Adriane Carr tweeted this blurry photo of her throwing some poor sap to the ground at Vancouver's Robson Square. No, Carr wasn't auditioning for The Ultimate Fighter. The deputy leader of the Green Party of Canada was making an appearance at the 2012 Canadian Gi and No Gi Grappling World Trials.
