Coun. George Chow credits city council’s April 17 debate with Civil City commissioner Geoff Plant for cementing his own support for fellow Vision Vancouver councillor Raymond Louie’s mayoral run.

“That was pretty good,” Chow told the Straight of Louie’s cross-examination of Plant. “I think he has improved and his debating skills have become more focused.”¦So I guess you could say Geoff Plant made me do it.”
