Member of CircusWest proposes during Vancouver performance

During last Sunday’s afternoon performance of the Avatar Circus Project, presented by CircusWest and the Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad, acrobat Lindsay Hamilton sealed the deal with her sweetheart, Brent Honey as he proposed to her after the show in front of the entire audience. Honey did a flip off a mini trampoline at the end of the show landed right in front of Hamilton, down on one knee, with a rose in his mouth - engagement ring in hand.

He’s literally head over heels.

Hamilton, winner of last year’s “Let Out the Cirque in You” contest, has competed in six sports at a provincial level, and wrestled on an international scale. She has combined her competitive spirit and passion for performing, through the Circus Arts. Her now fiancee, Honey, also an acrobat, has competed at World Trampoline events all over the world.
