Bruno gets Eminem hot and bothered at MTV Movie Awards
You gotta hand it to Sacha Baron Cohen—he knows no boundaries.
At the MTV Movie Awards this weekend, he simultaneously pimped his Bruno act and created one of the most viral of video clips when he landed, half-naked in Eminem's lap, his nether region inches from the Rehabbed rapper's nose.
There's a debate raging as to whether the scene was real or staged—I'm guessing the latter.

definitely semi-staged, Eminem uses trannys in his videos now, he probably agreed to let Cohen do it for all the stupid shit against gays eminem said in the 1990s. Plus marketing great success

While the act was definitely staged, it was only to some extent. No rapper would agree to do this and if Eminem did, I think that would hurt his image much more than as if he was simply played a joke on. Either way, the stunt was hilarious. Major kudos to those who planned it. It would have been perfect if they played Eminem's own bum song

I love Sasha Baron Cohen, Borat and Bruno... but that was taking things too far. Sticking your naked rear end in a guy's face... totally uncool. I don't blame Eminem for walking out. He actually handled it well for Eminem... that was pretty gross.

I'm sorry, I know they wanted to be funny but, wow, that was very tacky. I do not blame Eminem for walking out. That was another grown man's bare ass just inches from his face on Mtv for everyone to laugh at. I think that Eminem deserves an apology, that was the last person the prank should have been played on. I hope there are no retaliations, but that I think is wishful thinking.

That was hilarious! I highly doubt that Eminem was in on the joke. Sasha Baron Cohen seriously has balls of steel.

Of course it was a set up - and very clever marketing, I'd say because it went viral straight away on the net. Eminem is on the comeback trail and Baron Cohen is known for his hilarious stunts. They both have received more free publicity from this than any amount of studio money could buy them otherwise to promote their various ventures. And hey, it's so funny! This is British humour at work so if you don't understand it, maybe you should watch more Brit shows! I am still laughing at this every time I see it. I can't wait to see the movie, and I will buy Eminem's latest album as well.
