Hipster Holocaust trailer slays the Pitchfork crowd
In the tradition of those fake horror-movie trailers from Grindhouse, here's one that was uploaded to YouTube a couple days ago.
It's not nearly in the same league as Rob Zombie's phony trailer for "Werewolf Women of the SS", or Robert Rodriguez's trailer for "Machete"—which turned out to be an actual trailer for the coolest Mexploitation flick ever.
But at least with the bogus trailer for "Hipster Holocaust" you get to see a critic for snobby music website Pitchfork get skewered from behind with you-know-what. That visual has been overdue since 2004, when the site posted its Top 100 Albums of the 1970s list and failed to include anything by either Thin Lizzy or Blue Oyster Cult.
