Fans of Vancouver movie star, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Ryan Reynolds may want to snap up tickets for an event tonight.

There's a sneak preview of Reynolds' new Netflix movie, The Adam Project, at Vancity Theatre at 7 pm.

In the locally shot sci-fi action-comedy Reynolds portrays a time-traveling pilot who teams up with his younger self and his late father "to come to terms with his past while saving the future."

The Shawn Levy-directed cast includes Walker Scobell, Mark Ruffalo, Jennifer Garner, Catherine Keener, and Zoe Saldana.
