Firefighters respond to large blaze in South Vancouver

      Dark smoke filled the air in South Vancouver late today after fire broke out in a home near the intersection of Columbia Street and 62nd Avenue.

      The three-alarm fire is three blocks east of Cambie Street and south of the Langara Golf Course near Winona Park.

      Global News B.C. reported that it was called in after 4:30 p.m.
