'heal them with kindness, heal them with care, heal them with understanding, for we all have dis-pair, and the despair we go thru, hurts us all to our Soul level, yet the kindness we give to ourselves and bodies, reflects the kind we encounter too at Soul level, recall it's never late to self-care for ourselves, even if others in the painful past didn't, because they didn't know any better than they could unconsciously choose, how could they know any better when they themselves were also in the past unconsciously (ab)used, thus forgiveness and empathy are key in this world, where kindness is 'king' and healing is past due, so i recommend self-care reflection and self-forgiveness as well as forgiveness of others who chose hurt too, now we can choose to heal and prosper without the outdated antiquated 'hurt programme', for it is our birth-write to move on past hurt and choose happiness as the 'new loving-kindness paradigm programme' :) ... thanks so much for reading this stuff, i hope it makes-a-sense or at least make you smile or laugh :))
