Van Cleef & Arpels, a French high jewellery house known for its luxury gems and timepieces, has unveiled a newly renovated boutique within Birks Vancouver (698 West Hastings Street).

The expanded space spans 1,435 square feet and features an interior design concept that coincides with the brand’s timeless image.

Highlights of the finishes include custom gold leaf wall covering with hand-painted florals, luxury woven fabrics and black lacquered-wood furniture.

Soft lighting from a tiered crystal chandelier will be a contrast to the more rigid elements in the room— polished stainless metal and glass domes and vitrines.

The boutique carries both new and classic creations including the Alhambra collection and Cadenas timepieces, which customers can view in a private library space.
