Rebel Media B.C. bureau chief gets roasted for Twitter retort in wake of Climate Barbie controversy
Sometimes, it's wise to keep your mouth shut after receiving a devastating smackdown on national TV.
Last week, Environment and Climate Change Minister Catherine McKenna made headlines when she demanded that Rebel Media's Vancouver employee, Christopher Wilson, stop using the term "Climate Barbie".
"The reason I am asking you not to do this is because I have two daughters," the minister said. "There are lots of girls that want to get into politics and it's completely unacceptable that you do this."

Wilson, however, couldn't simply take it and slink away into oblivion. Instead, he went on Twitter to respond.
"McKenna uses tone policing," he sniffed, "forcing deference to her authority, for those who would criticize her."
