Going back to Kerfoot, the Vancouver Whitecaps owner last year sold a Vancouver office building at 375 Water Street to Toronto-based Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust.

The Altus Group Limited, which provides services to the commercial real-estate industry, noted online that the transaction for the downtown property known as The Landing was a “share sale with a reported price of $225 million”.

The property is located on West Vancouver’s Stearman Beach.
