Surrey RCMP seek to identify male arson suspect after fire destroyed two vehicle-repair shops

      After a fire destroyed two car repair shops in the Guildford area of Surrey back in May, police are seeking to identify and locate a male arson suspect.

      Around 8 a.m. on May 18, Surrey RCMP were informed about a fire that developed at in the 15300 block of Fraser Highway.

      The fire engulfed the entire building, in which Fountain Tire and Speedy Glass were located, and it is being investigated as an arson.

      Investigators are seeking to identify a male suspect who was in the area at the time of the fire.

      He is described as being 45 to 55 years old with a medium build and a bald head. At the time, he was wearing a black Che Guevard t-shirt.
