The Eat! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival returns to B.C. Place Stadium (777 Pacific Boulevard) from May 24 to 26 with more emphasis on gluten-free foods from exhibitors and presenters. There will be gluten-free cooking demos on the International Culinary Stage, and for a hands-on experience the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will be holding a gluten-free baking seminar as part of its culinary class lineup.
