Maybe if I lose weight

I won't deserve to be treated like I need to hide away from people who are better than me. I hope I can lose enough weight to be good enough. I wish there was a place I could go until I'm okay enough to not deserve to be spit on by better people.

Stop that right now!!!! Being a weight that “fits” with what society says is the right weight at this time does NOT make anyone better than anyone else! I understand that it’s incredibly difficult to be that person who is tough enough to withstand the onslaught of negativity that is dumped onto anyone who doesn’t fit into that ideal weight assumption, but please put on your armour and do just that. Your weight doesn’t make you worse as a person and it sure as hell doesn’t make you better as a person!! It’s who you are on the inside that defines a human being, so please just focus on that. The ignoramuses that would try to make you believe differently aren’t worth your time.

Sounds like you encountered some shitty people, and that is too bad.

But you need to take ownership of your health. Being overweight is not healthy, and I can tell if affects your self confidence and feelings about yourself. Try not to be too much of a victim, nothing good comes from it and people get tired of whining. I'm not trying to be mean, I've had hard times in my life, and moaning about how bad other people are will do nothing for you.

You need to take action so that you feel better about yourself, and become healthier, life will be so much better for you in the long term. I honestly wish you the best of luck and motivation to lose the weight.

I understand that people will tell you things like "don't worry about fitting into what society wants, just be you, you are beautiful, etc". My opinion is that if you are unhappy now, you will not be happy unless you change your life in a big way, IE removing the thing that is causing you grief and stress. Until you do that, you are just forcing yourself to believe a narrative that down deep, you don't buy yourself.
