Roommate became a cat person

My roommate was so chill, but then got a ugly black cat. Now he walks around the house and into my room holding the cat talking in a baby voice. I dont think he is cute, but my roommate keeps shoving it in my face. I have my own cat but i dont force it onto him. Every day he talks about how much better his cat is, how much cuter, and smarter. In reality this is the ugliest cat iver ever seen.

The novelty of the ugly kitty may wear off after a few times changing his cats litter box. Hopefully for your sake he cleans it regularly cause those things stink if not kept up with !
Unless they can train it to pee and poo in the toilet. I've actually seen that, pretty cool !

Maybe you need to politely resolve this so it doesn’t fester? Just say, “I’m so glad you love cats too, but the baby talk is starting to bother me” ok maybe not exactly like that but…
