Brewery & the Beast reveals mouthwatering Vancouver 2024 restaurant lineup

Drinks, music, all-you-can-eat meat—that sounds like a pretty epic BBQ to us. More than 60 local restaurants and chefs joining Brewery & the Beast Vancouver have just raised the steaks—err, stakes.

Returning for its 11th year, the outdoor foodie festival will continue on with its all-you-can-enjoy format, serving up carnivorous fare from the city’s most-loved restaurateurs and chefs.

“Thanks to an incredible lineup of talent and the many improvements we’ve made, this year’s Brewery & the Beast Vancouver is going to be the most memorable yet,” says Scott Gurney, director of 17 Black Events, which produces the annual event, in a release. “Each presenting chef brings something special to the table. It’s a reminder of the vibrant spirit of innovation and collaboration that defines Vancouver's food scene, and we’re honoured to be a part of it.”

The hospitality company also hosts Brewery & the Beast in Victoria and Calgary.

Runamen

This year, new restaurants joining the event are the fresh-to-the-scene Elio Volpe, plus Chambar, per se Social Corner, The Watson, Jungle Room, and Steven’s Cocktail Corner Bar + Kitchen.

Returning to the annual cookout are Vancouver mainstays including Published, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Belgard Kitchen, Cafe Medina, Homer Street Cafe and Bar, Pourhouse, Torafuku, and Two Rivers Meats.

For those who choose to indulge in the VIP experience (honestly, could it get any more luxe?), there will be exclusive presentations from the likes of Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar’s Jasper Cruickshank and Alex Chen; Jinhee Lee from JinBar in Calgary; and Derrick Sibayan from Holts Cafe in Vancouver.

And that’s all on top of the all-inclusive beverage program—meaning bottomless access to craft beer, wines, ciders, seltzers, and more.
