I just went over the new BC budget. There is absolutely nothing in it that benefits me or acknowledges someone like me.
I'm not married.
I don't have children.
I have a licence but don't own a car.

Have no value in the eyes of society,we're constantly denigrated and made fun of was we won't "man up" and support others.
All we are good for is paying taxes to support others,as we use maybe 5% of the benefits that we pay into.
Just a cog in the machine to be used and thrown away.

I am in the same boat, and I agree that we are rarely acknowledged by politicians. But I believe the lesson is you are better off doing what you can with the cards you have to improve your own life instead of depending on the government.

It's not about you. It is about the province as a whole.
