Moobs

I am bulking and working out, there is of course the inevitable fat gain that comes with putting on weight. And it kind of looks like I have boobs, but I'm a dude, so they're called moobs. Time to cut the calories back, I don't like moobs, being fat feels gross and I'm not even fat.

there is not "inevitable fat gain".
You're clearly not following a healthy, correct diet/workout plan.
As far as "moobs", you shouldn't have those if you're weight training your chest correctly.
You need to adjust your strategy dude.

Might depend on your age. As men get older, with shifting hormones they can develop moobs, and no amount of exercising can make them go away. (Or so I've been told.)

...could it be the steroids? Gynecomastia(enlarged breast tissue) is a well-documented side effect.

I feel for you man. Even though I've lost 80 lb. I still have moobs and love handles. It has me thinking that the solution might have to be liposuction or cool-sculpting. Then I think,"hey I'm 69 and nobody cares". When you get to be my age most women care more about what's in your bank account.
