and your satirical - but very accurate insights about the monetization of the mental HELLth industshitty & new agey B.S. too - yea your insights are very appreciated ............... We know Nurse RatSH*T does not agree but its time to not only clean up the environment in the Greater Greta way; but also time to clean up the inner consciousness environment. Dr. Peter Kinderman, past president of the English Association of Psychologists says: "Quit using the words mental illness. If you are going to use those words use them on yourself. What we need to realize is that the increasing epidemic of emotional stress in these times is not the problem. It is a symptom of the real problem which is the trauma of society not meeting people's basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, a sense of safety, a sense of community and a coherent sense of purpose."

Dollars to doughnuts, it's because you aren't really open with them. If you keep yourself aside, fearing judgement or hiding trauma impacts or whatever the cause, then you feel lonely because only part of "you" is ever in the room. It's hard to become an open book, but the only way to not be lonely I've ever found is to trust some people enough to let them truly read you.
Not me
