My sanity and patience is being tested during this Covid-19 pandemic.
I need to buy a punching bag or else I'm going to put my fist through my living room wall.

We had an old fat upholstered chair in our unfinished basement that any family member could go down and punch until they felt better. It was used quite often. Saved us from a lot of fights.
You need

at least one good friend to help you take the pressure off. Martial arts and physical exercise is a good thing but getting real with our inner lives is always the needful priority. We also all need a meaningful relationship with the benevolent Great Beyond. Watch out for them celestial frauds though. Especially the attractive deceivers. When we get visited we can ask them difficult questions (called lucid dreaming by some of the more enlightened secular psychologists) Ask them bozos who they work for. You got the power if you so choose to quicken your inner life.

You really don't want to get medical assistance for the next few months. At least until they have some antivirals to hand for you.
My aunt is a doctor. My partner is a paramedic. A friend is a former WHO nurse administrator. They all say the same thing.
Stay well. Keep away from health care providers. Give it half a year.

Try to get at the bottom of what is causing you to feel such rage. Instead of going white with rage, sit and write. Do it alone. It helps, dude/dudette.

Blame it on the hormones.

Just whatever you do OP, don't get sucked in by You Need's attempt to sell you Vancouver's stalest brand of guru nonsense. No one can "lucid dream" you out of anger. You actually need to do a bunch of emotional awareness work, and CBT would be a great starting point for learning about and from your anger.
