Breakfast

After decades of not eating it, I thought I would try it. It’s changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic but I’ve actually lost weight without changing anything and I feel calm and satisfied before noon. Who knew?

I hate to say this, but just about everyone knew. You can't drive your car in the morning if it's out of gas, so why would you expect your body to function properly without food?

I don’t know anyone that eats breakfast. My family doesn’t and none of my co coworkers.

It doesn't matter whether or not it's good for us, some of us just have trouble getting food down in the morning. I've had to do it by force, due to a bad case of GERD, aggravated by an empty stomach .
Now I drink a big glass of water and eat something old and weird before coffee - Cream of Wheat, followed by a smoothie. These are about the only things I don't gag on if it's too early. But yeah, feels way better for the rest of the day.

I find that when I eat breakfast I’m actually hungrier sooner. It’s like the food wakes up my digestive system and it’s ready for more!
