Falling apart
posted May 5th, 2023 at 5:38 AM
So there’s this friend I have. We worked together. She’s really sweet and we had fun hanging out a few times, but I honestly don’t see us keeping in touch anymore. We haven’t spoken to her in months. For some strange reason, I don’t feel motivated to keep the friendship going. Nothing bad happened or anything. It’s just feel that I’ve run out of things to say to her. There doesn’t seem to be anything else for us to talk about.

Don’t feel pressured to force a friendship. Let nature take its course and go your separate ways.

We seem to be indifferent to this friend so why then is it titled falling apart ?
It’s okay

Maybe it’s time to go your separate ways. Life happens. Sometimes people get busy with other priorities like school, work, family issues etc.

Often it's "friends" like you who do the other party a favour when you break off a friendship.
You sound cold hearted; hardly a positive in a female of your age.
No big deql

you’re not that compatible because if you were then you’d always have lots to talk about! I’d say keep the friendship going but pull back a bit. No need to break it off if nothing bad happened. Time apart will also give you more to say when you see them again!

I don’t understand why you think you know how old this person is or why them saying they don’t feel like continuing a friendship makes them cold hearted. How about instead we say that you seem very judgmental and that’s hardly a positive in a male of your age.
