The Boathouse New Westminster (900 Quayside Drive, New Westminster) and Central City Brewers + Distillers will be hosting a night of tasty dishes paired with craft brews on August 31 at 7 p.m.

Prepared by the restaurant’s executive chef Mike Boshart, the menu includes BBQ baby pork ribs with house-made copper ale barbecue sauce, B.C. rockfish tempura, and fig gelato served in a waffle cone with almond brittle.

Drinks range from the brewery’s Hopping Mad Cider to its Red Racer Super Stellar IPA.

Tickets ($50 plus tax and gratuity) can be purchased online.
