What can I do to alleviate rage and sadness? IT'S UNBEARABLE!!!!!!

See a doctor and medicate. You're wired all wrong if this is a long term thing.

Try a cleanse or a fast. It could be a food allergy or sensitivity. I found out I couldn't handle processed sugar and things with glucose/fructose. I had physical and emotional problems that went away completely after cutting out sugar and doing the master cleanse. I do not have a bad reaction to maple syrup and coconut sugar, stevia. Hope that helps, I wish I'd realized this when I was younger.

It sounds like you need an outlet if you are not poetic or musical then dance your ass off and take supplements.

i go thru and know what you are saying. life seems unfair and it is normal to want to retaliate. truth is, we have ways to accept what happens and visualize and pray or wish for what we want. it sucks, i know i yell out loud in the apt and cry and punch pillows and manchester etc because of the sadness of missing TheLove of my life, knowing all i can do is send loving thoughts to her and pray/wish/have Faith we will get together again, and keep living in dark sadness of unfulfilling life :( people who don't know what it feels like to be highly sensitive person (HSP)/empath don't know what you go thru and thus give beat of hand advice like 'get over it' get sone help, man up!, stuff that only complicates our situations as empaths. Reiki music on Youtube and any affirmation or meditation or peaceful music and positive or lively happy songs on youtube can help relieve the stressful emotions and unfairness of not getting what we desire, what our heart desires. In time, we do receive our truelover as we live our lives in discomfort yet faith of soon being in physical union with our truelove. happy heart that finds its truelove match is happiness desired on earth. true happiness does exist and is ONLY found when we each one of us becomes coupled/matched in physical union in partnership/relationship/romantic-confidant/bestfriends&lovers to the love of our lives. i hope this perspective helps

But try squeezing icecubes in your hands. It works for me when I'm beyond angry and feel like I'm about to explode. It's better than cutting or biting yourself. Also, scream into a pillow and flail around on your bed like a toddler. It works. Maybe make sure no one is watching though.. haha. Hope you can find some peace. Take care.

Hey, thanks for the comments and advice. To give some context, I recently learned of a "truth" of sorts and became really, really upset. I'm generally a calm, happy person, but I couldn't help but feel crazy internally. Still feeling that way, but it's calmed down some.
