I'm secretly grateful whenever the person in front of me is actually going the speed limit. Makes for a nice leisurely drive. Getting the evil eye from drivers behind me usually compels me to speed up, so I'm thankful for a person that can just go: "Fuck it, I'm driving safely today.".
