I'm brokenhearted

My knock-off Georgio Armani T Shirt, which has been in just about every photograph taken of me for the last 16 years, has given up the ghost. It developed a rip in one of the seams and the material is paper thin... can't be fixed. The best five bucks I ever spent, and now it has to spend its remaining years as a car wash cloth (boohoo.. I'll never get over it) I think my wife is very happy though!

Back in the day I was in SE Asia and I needed T shirts so I went to the market to pick a few. Short story shorter, the more you buy the cheaper the price I wound buying a literal pile and it worked out to a dollar a piece. They all had something screened on front and I had them for years. In China I bought piles of CK underwear. Had them for years, also. It's funny what people are willing to pay for shit in the west.

Maybe your wife helped it along a bit. I had to do that with a pair of white NewBalance running shoes that were permanently attached to my husband’s feet for about 10 years back in the 80’s and 90’s. They were pretty much disintegrated and grey, but he wore them with EVERYTHING. One day they just fell apart completely. I have no idea how that happened. ; ).

Yeah,
That CK underwear is a great product. You can still buy them at the Chinese night market , something like $20 for 20 pairs.
Unfortunately I think quite a few pairs in my dresser will be going the same way as my T shirt, as I bought them around the same time.
