Are you getting any exercise? That'll balance your brain out with dopamine and endorphins and exhaust the body.
Don’t know if this is comforting

But it’s actually quite normal. Light inhibits the production of melatonin (our sleepy hormone), so longer daylight hours = tougher time falling and staying asleep.

I’ve been an insomniac for my entire life. Literally since I was a tiny baby. I’ve tried everything. Exercise is great, and I happen to be someone who runs about 5 km every day. I still have insomnia. I’ve tried countless medications, but they’re sporadic at best, and all of them have undesirable side effects. I’ve recently begun using various types of CBD, CBG, and 1:1 THC / CBD oils, and so far they’re helping. But nothing really has ever made me sleep for longer than about 5 hours at one time. Thankfully I only require around 6 hours a night!

It's got to be the exercise idea. I've been very lazy in the last few weeks so it has to be the answer. I started masturbating more before bed, using both arms this time, and I just got back from a long walk from the store. I feel a little less energetic right now. I can't wait until bedtime §:oP
