Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar has some experience celebrating Valentine's Day with Vancouverites: 2020 marks its 65th anniversry. It's serving the new Love Is Love libation all weekend (February 14 to 16). You can make this gorgeous, bright drink for your loved one anytime. Here's how.
Hy's Love Is Love
1 oz Botanist Gin
½ oz Aperol
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 drops cherry bitters
4 oz Domaine Carneros sparkling wine
4 raspberries
Muddle raspberries in a shaker. Add gin, Aperol, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, cherry bitters, and ice. Shake to the count of 10, then double strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with edible dried rose petals and let love rule.
