There's this TV show I'm watching where the protagonist has implants. I didn't notice until the first sex scene, where she was naked and it was super obvious. They're kind of distracting now that I've noticed - I keep thinking about how it doesn't make sense for this particular character to have implants, that it's not in line with her life story or who she is.
