Cocktail recipe: Beirut Sunset from Lebanese restaurant Nuba in Vancouver

      As summer slowly slips away here in B.C., here’s a way to sip on a sunset from abroad.

      This cocktail recipe arrives from local Lebanese restaurant Nuba and pays tribute to the capital of Lebanon.  

      Beirut Sunset

      Ingredients

      1 oz Arak
      0.75 oz triple sec
      2 oz orange juice
      splash of pomegranate syrup
      dehydrated orange wheel 

      Method

      Fill stemless wine glass with ice.
      Add Arak, triple sec, and pomegranate syrup. Stir to combine.
      Top with orange juice.
      Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
