Too old to repair

I confess that the older I get the less concerned I am about fixing injuries. Not the type of injury that absolutely has to be fixed in order to function, but the kind where you wind up with permanent scars or bumps and dents. Kind of like deciding not to fix body damage on an old car. So now my old body has bumps, dents, scars, and mildly broken bones (everything still works but it looks a bit wonky). I figure that no one is going to be looking at me because I’m attractive anymore, so why bother worrying about how I look? It’s freeing!

Mid 40s all sorts of scars, bumps, wrinkles and missing hair follicles. I couldn't care less and I'm just happy to still be going strong at the gym every morning with plenty of energy.
All we have guaranteed is the now so live it up while you can!!
