I found a box of mac and cheese in my pantry that was 3 years past its best before date. It was supposed to be white cheddar, but the cheese powder was dark orange.
I prepared it and ate it anyway. It gave me diarrhea. I just wanted to say this so that I can warn other people not to eat expired mac and cheese.

Why does that shit exist at all.
Just cook macaroni and grate some cheese on it. Easy as can be, and a thousand times better.

Well, that is pretty lazy. You should at least make cheese sauce, either by reducing heavy cream, melting cheese, or with bechamel as the base, or, more deliciously, hollandaise sauce as the base. Mmm, hollandaise sauce!
