I keep a chestnut in my coat pocket that I like to hold. It calms me...It's from my chestnut tree that I call Charlotte, and I feel like she is protecting me. I tell no one, I just don't think anyone would get it or call me crazy.

There is a pear tree back in my home country that I feel loves and protects me too! I Wish I could have a piece of it with me as you have the chestnut. Good on you! Thanks for sharing.
